It provides a resistance on the back leg and gives you feedback on where your leg needs to stay during the golf swing. It’s important you position the Load-n-Fire training aide directly behind the knee on your back leg. Attach the top strap and then the bottom strap. Now you want to slightly straighten your back leg and feel Load-n-Fire. Then add flex until you cannot feel Load-n-Fire. You need to maintain this flex through the entire swing. During your swing if you feel Load-n-Fire apply any pressure to the back of your leg you are out of position.
